With almost a decade of experience as a top-producing sales agent, Jay joined Compass in 2019, and has led the effort to grow the commercial sales and leasing group out of the Back Bay office. Jay was previously employed as a commercial and residential broker with KW Commercial and with Keller Williams Realty International, respectively. Prior to making the transition into real estate, Jay was employed as a Financial Services Representative for seven years at Eaton Vance MF. He worked as a wholesaler with direct responsibility to drive incoming firm assets for the bank and IFI channels in excess of over 250+ million in revenue generated. On a more social and philanthropic side of life, Jay has been committed since the beginning as a founding and current member of The Lenny Zakim Fund Young Leadership Council. He serves as a committee member and event committee host for their annual Casino Night Charity Event. Year over year they are featured as one of the top philanthropy non-profit organizations who have raised millions over the last decade for grassroots causes in the local Boston community. Other charity organizations include volunteering for the charity Cradles to Crayons. He was appointed to the ALC Leadership Committee by his peers and currently serves as the youngest appointed member.
